I'm Adeel Ali Siddiqui, a freelance web designer and developer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. For 5+ years I've designed websites for restaurants, schools, government bodies and SaaS companies.

Today at WellnessLiving, a Toronto software company, I build custom websites with AI-assisted development, delivering 3 sites a week, alongside 3–4 larger builds a month. The same approach gives you a custom site in a fraction of the usual time.

Most of my work starts where a page builder stops. I write custom WordPress plugins and themes in PHP and JavaScript, connect them to WooCommerce and REST APIs, and keep them fast, secure and easy for your team to update.

When a site needs speed more than a drag-and-drop editor, I build it static. At WellnessLiving I hand-code lead-generation sites in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Claude Code, so pages stay light and load quickly. AI speeds up the build, and I review and test the code it writes before anything ships.

I also run the project. I scope requirements, line up design, content and development, plan the timeline and hand the site over, so you deal with one person who knows every part of the build.

Who is Adeel Ali Siddiqui?

I'm a WordPress developer based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with 5+ years of experience. I build custom plugins, themes, membership portals and e-commerce sites, and I currently work as a Website Specialist and Project Coordinator at WellnessLiving, a Toronto-headquartered SaaS company.

What kind of WordPress projects do you take on?

Builds that need more than a theme: custom plugins, WooCommerce stores, membership and LearnDash course portals, redesigns of existing sites and fast landing pages for lead generation. If your business has a workflow no plugin covers, like routing orders or issuing certificates, that is the work I enjoy most.

How do you use Claude Code in your work?

I use Claude Code to prototype quickly and to hand-code static lead-generation sites in HTML, CSS and JavaScript instead of page-builder templates. It speeds up the first draft. I still write PHP and JavaScript by hand where it matters, and I review and test the generated code before anything ships.

Can you manage the whole project, not just the code?

Yes. Project coordination is half of my current role. I scope requirements, plan sprints and timelines, line up design and content, keep stakeholders updated and hand over a site your team can run. You deal with one person from the first call to launch day.

What is your education and training?

I hold a BS in Computer Science from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in Islamabad, completed in 2021, and the Google UX Design Professional Certificate from Google and Coursera, earned in 2023. The UX training shapes how I plan layouts and user flows before I write any code.
